I am currently the Executive Director for Emerging Technology at Central Piedmont Community College, one of the largest colleges in the country.  I manage the strategic and operational functions for emerging technology projects at the college. I directly manage the Web Development, Digital Media Services, and Architecture teams.

I lead and participate in various groups striving to advance technology in education including:

• Google Apps for Education Advisory Board
• Federated Identity Management Taskforce
• North Carolina Collaborative Services Working Group
• Southeastern Datatel Users Group
• InCommon

I am a proponent of cloud based technology, regularly traveling to speak about leveraging the cloud in education. I love to travel and experience different places, capturing it all on camera.
